Vestian launches India operations


Vestian Global Workplace Services, a subsidiary of Chicagoheadquartered Vestian Group has launched its services in India. The company offers a service platform aligning diverse real estate needs of corporations with their business strategies.

According to Vestian Chairman Michael Silver, “with the recovery setting in, many businesses are now seeking expansion and many US and UK companies are looking at Indian market. Next year, they may need about 40 million sq ft office space and that is where the presence of Vestian would become crucial. As of now, there are about 15 million sq ft of space available in Bangaloe and Chennai alone”.

Vestian Global offers services in three categories—1) strategic advisory, where the client is advised by consultants regarding various parameters like location, labour, and feasibility, 2)transaction advisory where the clients are helped to acquire or dispose space or acquire leased space, and 3) project services which provides the clients a platform that takes them from the design to move- in stage, says Mr Srinivasa Rao, CEO, Asia Pacific.

The company will charge a percentage of the value of the transaction as fee. It is headquartered in Bangalore.
